Drivetweak 0.9.1 is out. If you are using the export to hdparm option you need to upgrade as this release fixes two major problems. First problem was that some of the options where cut short e.g. -m1 should be -m16 and the second was that the transfer mode wasn't being added to the export string.
Drivetweak 0.9 is out. We're pretty much feature complete now, so we thought we'd bump up the version no. New features are drive settings can be saved and restored. Also compiling on Linux 2.2.X is fixed.
Drivetweak 0.6 is out. New features are tooltips for every setting, so you don't have to keep looking at the documentation to find out what a setting does. A export to hdparm feature has been added so that if you want your drive tweaks to remain over a reboot you can export you current settings and use hdparm to restore them.
Due to a change in our build enviroment SRPMS won't be available. We hope to have them back for 0.7.
At long last, the first release of DriveTweak. This is another rewrite which makes it totally independant of hdparm. This release includes many new settings and documentation for each of the settings. Check out the new screenshots as well.
Yes, we are still alive. We've been pretty busy getting the new version ready. At the moment most of the new features are in and we're currently working on a new layout.
Two of our developers are having hardware problems so the next release of drivetweak will be delayed.
We will have a new release soon which will include many more options and be 100% independant of hdparm.
Version 0.1 of ghdparm has been released. This is a nearly complete rewrite of ghdparm. Hope you all enjoy.
